Our sponsorship packages allow exhibitors to increase visibility and impact at the 2026 Arkansas Library Association Conference, taking place October 16–18 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Refund Policy: Written refund requests must be received at least 30 days before the conference start date. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Exhibitors agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined in this agreement.

This year’s theme is New Trails in Library Service, and we’re looking forward to gathering librarians and library staff from across the state for three days of connection, learning, and inspiration.
