The 2025 ArLA Annual Conference will be hosted in Hot Springs at the Hot Springs Convention Center. The conference hotel will be Embassy Suites. Conference attendees can book their rooms at a special rate using this link. 

Conference tickets include three meals: lunch and the Awards Banquet on Saturday and Author Lunch on Sunday. Additional tickets for the Awards Banquet can be purchased with your registration. Please note: We cannot guarantee meals for anyone who registers after October 6th, 2025.

If attendees are interested in starting the weekend early, check out our AI in AR Libraries preconference on Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM, hosted by CULAR! This preconference session is $25 with lunch included. Please register separately. 

Attendees can also check out a screening of The Librarians preceded by The Treasures of Mrs. Grady's Library followed by a Q&A with some of the film's stars.
